WinterGarden is appointed with the finest amenities and best of materials, which we know you will enjoy. WinterGarden is cozy yet elegantly spacious home for your winter getaway. Unlike most vacation rentals, we have two living rooms so that guests can each "do their own thing" from snuggling up to a good book on the down-filled chenille sofa, to playing a raucous game of cards in front of the fireplace. Nestled in the pines, our townhouse features velvet, rustic antiques, cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and a private spa on the sundeck. We have mountain views, a heated two-car garage (which is also set up as a mud room for ski gear). The gourmet kitchen has new granite countertops and culinary amenities including an outdoor grill and outdoor dining area. Did I mention the clothes washer and dryer too? WinterGarden is not decorated like a typical rental because it was meant to be a private family retreat. We have traveled the world and this property meets our high international standards. Three bedrooms and Three full bathrooms: King suite - The ULTIMATE getaway with peeled-pine lodge pole canopy bed, brass chandelier, 18 foot ceiling, cable TV, mountain views, down duvet comforter, oval bathtub, separate shower stall & walk in closet. This secluded bedroom takes up its own floor on the townhouse. Queen - This bedroom features a romantic iron bed draped with a lace canopy. There is also a cable TV and a down duvet comforter Gemini Bedroom - This room has two twin beds (NOT bunk beds), lots of light & is great for kids Although the neighborhood is quiet, we are centrally located. WinterGarden is conveniently situated: walk to cross-country ski "Nordic Center", walk/ski out to Snowflake lift, or free shuttle (up to lifts or down to town) one block away. WinterGarden is off Grandview, right across the street from the Nordic Center. The shuttle stops behind the home, on the same block. Most importantly, the Chaudruc family has been going to Breck since the late 1970's so we can give you insider recommendations and help you get the most out of this historic town. We can plan special activities for your group, free of charge.......just ask us! We love Breck and want you to feel the mountain magic. WinterGarden received the highest rating from the Breckenridge CRC lodging quality regulators.
