Only 10 miles from Historic Downtown Durango, views in every direction are of towering red cliffs and tall ponderosa pines. Manicured lawns, water ponds, bridges, and breathtaking mountain scenery surround the home, making it the perfect place for creating family memories.
With an inviting and open floor plan, the great room is accented with a river rock fireplace and tall panoramic windows. Throughout the homes are log beams, walls of windows and beautiful artwork. In addition, you can enjoy a big screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and a surround sound stereo system. Listen to crackling of a fire on a crisp winter night or gather friends and family on a peaceful summer eve. This room is the ideal place for it all!
The gourmet kitchen and dining room has a breakfast bar, wet bar, wine chiller, and large pantry. Just outside is a decks complete with a built-in gas grill, while the large picture window above the kitchen sink offers outstanding wildlife viewing.
The master bedroom suite on the main level is magnificent with a private deck, entertainment center, and oversized double-headed shower. Also on the main level is a second master suite with a king size bed, jet tub, and separate exit to the front deck.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The loft is can be used as an office and can be used to stay in touch while away from home. A second living area can be used as a den, play room, or slumber party room for children. The home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
