| We just completed a $40k renovation on this large (1200 sq/ft) two bedroom condo and it is beautiful. The location is ideal - just a 3 minute walk on level ground to the Quicksilver high speed lift (Peak 9 area) and a 3 minute walk to the center of town. It has three queen size beds and a comfortable new sofa bed. The living area can be made private for guests using the sofabed.
We have made this into a cozy and luxurious Condo for our family to use in the off season. It is a well appointed and comfortable place, one of the nicest two bedroom condos you will find in Breckenridge. All the furniture and decorations, just about everything is brand new. We have not filled this place with hand me downs and bunk beds!
Let us know if you are bringing small children. We leave some of our things in storage there and may be able to provide a crib, a stroller, etc.
This unit also has a rare sun deck which gets full sun all day. Use the gas grill, dine outside and soak up the sun during warmer weather!
